Michael Rooke is the founder and principal of PivotPlus. Michael has been helping company's to improve individual and organisational performance for over fifteen years, both within Australia and internationally.
Michael's work has improved the motivation and skill levels of leaders, sales professionals, project and customer service teams as well as SME business owners. He has done this across organisations in industries spanning pharmaceutical, telecommunication, manufacturing, tertiary and financial.
With an expertise in leading projects and people across a diverse range of environments, Michael's leadership and project-based strategies are at the forefront of today's contemporary business environment.
Michael's formal qualification include a Bachelor of Education (Adult) and an Associate Diploma in Adult Education from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS), and a Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems. Michael is accredited in several psychometric tools, including the SASQ Profile, the DiSC series of behavioural profile instruments and the Team Management Systems® individual and team profiles.
Michael teaches the Diploma of Project Management at the Australian Institute of Management (AIM). He has also contributed to the book The Profitable Practice (CCH Publishing), and contributes to Agenda (published by AIM).
